Production site
BK Housing production site is situated in Wola Ducka, close to Warsaw.
At this site we have our office and production facilities.
Production hall area: 2000m2.
Current maximum production capacity: 1300m2 of mobile/modular buildings per month.
We plan to build a second production hall at this site - with an area of 2500m2 and production capacity of 1500m2 per month

We cooperate with numerous companies around the world - the majority of our production is export-oriented, mainly for customers in Great Britain, Norway, Holand, France, Spain.
One of our biggers partners and clients is Cloud Nine from Great Britain, for which we produce modern eco houses in modular technology.
We also have various developments in Poland, especially in modular technology – our most recent projects include the construction of 2 hotels by the hihway in Police and Oleśnica for Lotos, a major Polish oil company.
